Qualifications:

RYA (Yachtmaster) certification is normally required. but the sailing qualifications must meet the Greek bareboat law. 
This demands that at least 2 of the crew members to be qualified with some short of sailing qualification. In case they don't have such qualifications, but they are keen sailors, they can still charter bareboat but they will have to sign a declaration of their capability on the spot, on their starting port.  It is best to let us test this qualification/experience from the outset  i.e.(fill in the above e-mail form) so that an initial reply from Greece can include acceptance.
